Bizzo Casino Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-05-11
These Terms and Conditions form the contract between Bizzo Casino ("we", "our") and you, the registered account holder ("you"). They cover account creation, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and the way we resolve disputes. We've written each section in plain English with the underlying legal point in brackets so you can see what you're actually agreeing to. Where Australian consumer law gives you stronger rights than these terms, the consumer law applies.
1. Eligibility and Account Creation [the basic gate]
You confirm you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and a resident of Australia for the account you create here. You confirm the personal information you provide is true and current, and you agree to update it if any of it changes. You may hold only one account at Bizzo Casino. Duplicate accounts will be closed; any winnings derived from a duplicate account are forfeited. We carry out identity and age verification under AUSTRAC obligations before any withdrawal.
2. Your Account [what you own and what we hold]
The funds on your account are held in your name in segregated client accounts at a licensed payment institution. They are not pooled with operating funds. You access the account via the email and password you registered with, optionally protected by 2FA. Keep your credentials confidential — activity from your logged-in session is treated as activity by you, except in the case of demonstrated unauthorised access where we will assist in a good-faith investigation.
3. Deposits [how money comes in]
Deposit methods available to Australian players: PayID, BPAY, POLi, Neosurf, Visa, Mastercard. The minimum deposit is AU$20. Maximum single deposit is AU$10,000; transactions above that figure may trigger AUSTRAC source-of-funds verification before completion. Deposits are credited within minutes for PayID and POLi, within 1–2 hours for BPAY, instantly for card. We do not accept third-party deposits — the payment method must be in your name.
4. Withdrawals [how money comes out]
The minimum withdrawal is AU$50. The standard withdrawal cap per request is AU$4,000 at Bronze tier and scales up the VIP ladder (see the VIP page). Withdrawals are reviewed within 24 hours of request — most clear inside 4 hours during AEST business hours. Once approved, PayID lands within 1–60 minutes, bank transfer within 1–3 business days.
You can only withdraw to a payment method in your name. If you deposited by card and the card is not eligible to receive withdrawals (common in Australia), we route the withdrawal to your nominated bank account after a one-time verification.
5. Bonuses and Promotions [the big section punters skim and then regret]
Specific terms for each promotion appear on its dedicated promo page. The general rules below apply to every offer unless we explicitly say otherwise on the promo page.
- One welcome bonus per household, per device, per IP address, per payment instrument. The rule exists to stop bonus farming, not to penalise families — if two people in one household want separate legitimate accounts, contact support before registering the second account.
- Wagering requirements attach to the bonus balance and must be cleared within the time window stated on the promo page (typically 14 days for the welcome, 7 days for free spins, 72 hours for reloads).
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active: AU$5 per spin or per hand. A single oversize bet voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Excluded games are listed on the promo page. Wagering on excluded games does not count toward clearance, even when the game's user interface accepts the bet.
- Bonus abuse covers patterns including, but not limited to: covering all numbers on a roulette table to clear wagering with low variance; using a sequence of low-volatility table-game bets purely to grind through wagering; placing oversize stakes once wagering is nearly cleared. We use both manual review and pattern detection to flag this and reserve the right to void winnings traced to abuse, returning the original deposit.
- Non-sticky structure: deposit cash is played first; bonus funds activate only when cash is exhausted. Withdraw a cleared cash balance at any time without triggering bonus forfeiture.
6. Charge-backs and Disputed Transactions
Deposit a fund, play it, then file a charge-back through your card issuer — we will close your account, void any associated bonus balance, and refer the file to our anti-fraud and AUSTRAC reporting workflow. If you have a genuine dispute with a transaction, contact our support team first. Almost every legitimate concern can be resolved inside chat without involving your card provider.
7. Game Errors and Outcomes [what happens when something glitches]
All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators run by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Evolution and others). Outcomes are stored server-side and cannot be retrospectively edited. If a game session ends with an obvious error — for example, a payout that didn't credit despite a recorded winning spin — the recorded outcome is honoured and the balance is corrected on review. Provider-side bugs that affect multiple players (rare but possible) may result in the round being voided across the affected sessions and stakes returned.
8. Inactive Accounts [the dormancy schedule]
An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal or wager activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. From month 13, a monthly maintenance fee of AU$5 is debited from the account balance — capped so it cannot push the balance below zero. After 36 months of continued inactivity, any remaining balance is held in segregated client funds and made available for collection on request indefinitely. We will email the address on file before each maintenance fee is applied and before the 36-month mark, giving you time to log in and reactivate.
9. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time from the account dashboard or by contacting support. Any cleared balance is returned to your verified withdrawal method within 24 business hours. Bonus funds and unfinished wagering are forfeited on closure — withdraw before requesting closure if you want the full balance.
We may close an account where the holder has breached these terms, has self-excluded, has been registered on BetStop, or where regulatory requirements compel us. In those cases the cash balance is returned to the verified withdrawal method following the same 24-hour business window, less any forfeitures defined in the relevant clause.
10. Licence and Regulation
Bizzo Casino is operated under a Curacao eGaming master licence. The licence number and validating authority are displayed in the footer of every page on this site and are independently verifiable through the Curacao Gaming Control Board's public register. We are not licensed by an Australian state gambling regulator — no offshore online casino is, because the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits the licensing of online casino-style gambling in Australia. We do not market services to residents of any jurisdiction where doing so would breach local law.
11. Dispute Resolution
First step: contact our support team via live chat or email. Most concerns resolve inside 24 hours. If you remain dissatisfied, escalate to [email protected] with the ticket reference — a senior reviewer responds within 5 business days. If we still cannot agree, you may take the matter to the Curacao eGaming dispute service named in our licence. Australian consumers retain their statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and may also consult the ACCC for guidance on consumer-rights questions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We update these terms when our service or our obligations change. Material changes are notified by email and an in-account banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always the one published on this page; the "Last updated" date at the top tells you when it was revised.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curacao for matters of the contract itself. Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable rights you have as an Australian consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or the laws of the state or territory where you reside.
